I don't know how to use an appliance/missing manual

Removing an item from your flat

If the item is something like furniture or an appliance that was there when you moved into your flat, then it's likely that it belongs to the landlord. As such, we are unable to remove any of their items without their consent, and unless the item in question is broken or damaged, they are unlikely to authorise us to remove their furniture, as there is nowhere to store it for the duration of your tenancy. Please do not remove any furniture without the landlord's consent, as this will be classed as damages, and may result in a deduction from your deposit.
