Car Parking Spaces
At the beginning stages of your application, we will ask you for the make, model, and registration of your car. If you purchase a car at a later stage, please inform us, as we otherwise have no way of knowing which cars belong to what tenants. Most properties operate a parking-permit system issued by our office, so failure to let us know about your car may result in a parking charge notice being issued against you.
We may have already provided a remote or fob for access during your key collection but please note this is typically one per flat - if you require any additional, please contact us via tenants@sam.properties. Please note details on car parking will depend on the property you are renting so please contact us further for more information.
Bike Storage Rental
Please note that for health and safety reasons we cannot allow bicycles to be stored inside hallways and flats - they are a potential hazard in case of fire, if they are obstructing the fire escape routes from flats.
Any bikes found in communal hallways may be removed without warning.
Bicycle storage on the property grounds can be rented for the duration of your tenancy (up to a year) for £100 please note this does not apply to Tatton House residents.
If you would like to proceed with this, please contact us to make payment and complete an online form which we will provide.
Once received, we will contact you to arrange a key collection appointment for the bike lock.
Car Parking and Bike Storage at Tatton House
Please note this section is for tenants of Tatton House only.
There are 2 tiers of rentals for the spaces, depending on how long you want to rent them for: • Renting for up to 185 days (6 months): £300 per car parking space / £60 per bike storage unit • Renting for more than 185 days, up to 365 days (1 year): £400 per car parking space / £100 per bike storage unit
For both rental types, there is a £40 deposit that must be paid in cash when collecting the key/fob from the Tatton House office. This £40 cash is fully refundable upon the safe return of the key/fob at the end of your rental period.
Due to limited space, we do not assign spaces for guests so we kindly ask that they find side street parking outside - please contact Mei Mei (property caretaker) on 07599 452 175 if you have any other circumstances you would like to discuss.
