Effective immediately, our payment structure and guarantor requirements will change for all new tenancies:

• Payment Schedule: All rent will be payable monthly in advance.
• Guarantor Requirement: All applicants, regardless of student status or nationality, will require either a UK-based family Guarantor or a Professional Guarantor service.
